One on One Personal Training

Take your fitness to the next level with our one on one mentoring program. Come in and experience a PT session like you never have before. At Fusion Health Club we educate, rather than facilitate, where we teach you the why rather then the how.

By the end of the session you'll take away knowledge that will help you improve your overall gym experience. Our aim is to teach and guide you so book a one on one PT today.

Compound Movement Training

At Fusion Health Club our aim is to improve each members gym experience. The compound movement training is a 60minute session that'll teach you three big compound movements known as the squat, deadlift and bench press. Compound movements are multi-joint movements that improves the functionality of your body. We want you to move the way you were born to move.

If you're someone who is afraid of weights, or isn't confident with these multi-jointed movements (compound), let us help you and improve your ability to get stronger every time you come to the gym.

Olympic Lifting One-On-One

Lift weights like an Olympian. It won't just make you stronger, it'll help with coordination, flexibility, power and balance. Olympic lifting is very complex but has massive overall health benefits.

Olympic lifting consists two lifts known as the snatch, and clean and jerk. Both are overhead lifts and involve a full body range of motion. The goal is to lift maximum weight at a rapid speed using a barbell. We teach you how to do this safely and correctly. Book a session a today!

Fusion Mass Building Program

If you're someone who wants to get stronger and grow some muscle mass, we have a 10 week program that'll help you just do that. This program is based around three major compound movements squat, deadlift and the bench press. It's an easy method to follow, and you'll see results.
