I’m 21 and have lived in the Riverland for 19 years. I have a large passion for hockey and have been playing for over 10 years, I currently play for the Renmark Hockey Club A Women’s team. I love being out in the sun spending time with my family and friends. I am a very friendly person and love a good laugh.
Hockey, Water sports (Wakeboarding, Kneeboarding), Gym & spending time with friends and family.
Why Alison became a personal trainer...
I have always had a great interest for helping people live their best life. I decided to become a Personal Trainer as i knew that helping people develop a healthy lifestyle was one of the best rewards. Personal Training to me is more than just getting fitter & stronger, it’s about creating relationships with the clients to help them along the journey to becoming their best self.

My fitness inspiration comes from people who build people up with positivity. Many women in the fitness industry are now focusing on building self-confidence in others & to me this is amazing as we need to help empower women to becoming more confident within themselves.

My goal and aspirations is to help empower people to become the best version of themselves. I personally have struggled with lack of self-confidence for as long as I can remember but as soon as I started to focus on the amazing things my body does for me, I began to love myself more. As a Personal Trainer, I want to help guide you throughout the journey of becoming a stronger and best self.
